Cape Refuge Written by Terri Blackstock
The brutal murder of Thelma and Wayne Owens has left the town of Cape Refuge reeling in shock. Why would anyone want to harm the two most loving and giving people on the island? Hanover House, the halfway house the Owens ran is filled with possible suspects, and the townspeople are living in fear for their lives.
Terri Blackstock weaves an intricate web of tension with suspicious characters and a suspenseful plot. As an avid reader, I usually have the story figured out way before the end, but not this one. The character of Blair Owens is especially realistic as she deals with her anger and she struggles to understand how the loving God her parents faithfully served would allow their murder. Cape Refuge is a riveting suspense that is sure to keep you on the edge of your seat.

Evidence of Mercy Written by Terri Blackstock
Lynda Barrett, a young lawyer, hates to sell her plane. But she can no longer afford to keep her
beloved Piper. Enter Jake Stevens: wealthy, arrogant, and interested in Lynda's plane. Together, he and Lynda embark on a test flight that ends in disaster-- hurling them into a terrifying sequence of events. One thing becomes clear. Someone is out to get Lynda...someone who will not be satisfied until she is dead. Evidence of Mercy takes the reader on a suspense-filled flight into a world where the dark side of human nature meets with a greater power...where love finds root in the midst of hatred's savagery...and where terrifying circumstances become the unlikely catalyst for forgiveness and faith.
